This Privacy Policy outlines how the "Roblox Quick Start Link Generator" Chrome Extension ("the Extension") collects, uses, and protects your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices. This Extension collects only the strictly necessary, non-personal data required for its function, for internal operational analytics, and for product research and development.

2. Data We Collect and Transmit

The Extension collects and transmits only one specific, non-personal data point, and only when you actively use the link generator on a Roblox game page:

Current Roblox Game Identifier (PlaceID): We collect the unique game identifier of the Roblox game page you are actively viewing at the moment you interact with the Extension. This data is immediately sent to our internal analytics webhook .

We do not collect any personal identifiers, names, email addresses, passwords, IP addresses, browsing history outside of the active game page, or any other sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use the Data

The data collected (the Roblox game identifier) serves three purposes:

Core Functionality: To locally construct the direct start URL for the game, allowing you to copy and share it with others.
Internal Analytics: The game identifier is immediately transmitted to our internal webhook hosted by Pipedream, for the sole purpose of gathering non-personal usage statistics to help us understand overall usage trends.
Product Research and Development: We may use aggregated, anonymous data derived from the game identifiers (e.g., popularity trends of games) to research and develop new, related Chrome extensions or features focused on the Roblox platform.

4. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Local Processing: The data is processed momentarily in your browser to generate the link.
Webhook Provider (Pipedream): The game identifier is sent to a webhook hosted by Pipedream. Pipedream acts solely as a data processor for this transmission; the data is secured and accessed only by the Extension's development team for internal analytics and research.
No External Sharing for Profit: The collected data is strictly for internal use and is never sold, leased, or shared with advertisers or other third parties for commercial gain.

5. Sharing Your Data

The only instance of data sharing is the transmission of the non-personal Roblox Game Identifier to our service provider, Pipedream, for the purpose of internal analytics and product research as detailed in Section 3. This is not considered sharing for commercial purposes.
